Students have been in the .NET training for a full month now and have covered a TON of material! Week 5 brings another project week and is focused on Windows. Students will again have received the project specifications the Friday before and will undoubtedly be deep in implementation by the time Monday rolls around. This week Jimmy Robertson will be available for assistance as everyone works through the project.

On the Career Development (CD) front, things are really starting to heat up! Students ideally will have their SetFocus resume complete and be focusing on the next tool, the LinkedIn profile. Their LinkedIn profile will be an integral part of their job search and much of the content for their profile will come directly from their SetFocus resume. In addition to creating the profile, CD will be reviewing how LinkedIn can be used to network and collaborate with others in the industry, connect with those seeking skills they possess and identifying internal contacts for companies of interest.
